The Education Centre is the focus for medical and dental education training and meetings in the Barnet area. It promotes the exchange of ideas and perceptions between different professional staff providing healthcare throughout Barnet and the surrounding areas. It was built and opened in 1972 with money raised by the Barnet Hospital medical staff local medical and dental practitioners and the local community, for the furtherance of medical education.

The Centre is part of the Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust, based at Barnet Hospital. www.bcf.nhs.uk
